I LOVE Girl Scout cookies, I wish they sold them year round. I buy boxes of them and put them in the freezer. It’s a problem…So I was excited when I walked into Crumbs and they had Girl Scout cookie cupcakes!

The peanut butter cookie cupcake, better known as Do-si-dos. A side note, Girl Scout cookies are produced by two different manufacturers, thus the different names.

The Girl Scout Caramel Coconut: vanilla cake filled with caramel and topped with chocolate cream cheese frosting, toasted coconut and a caramel coconut cookie. I like the presentation of both cupcakes, and when I went to Crumbs, they happen to have been having a buy one get one free special – so it made these cupcakes EVEN BETTER. The cake was fresh and overall was tasty.
