A Little Bit About a Lot of Things

A lifestyle blog with a focus on my food adventures

I am always on the lookout for a good breakfast place-they’re harder to find than you might think. My friend brought me to The Diner at 11 North Beacon, a great little diner in Watertown Square that is family owned. I suggest going early in the morning because this place fills up fast, and there isn’t a lot of room to stand and wait so if it’s raining…you may have to wait outside :(.  They have counter seating and booths available and a great perk is that you can grab your own cup of coffee while you wait.

We sit at the counter-the service is quick and efficient without making you feel rushed.I order the chocolate chip pancakes-3 HUGE pancakes that I can’t even put a dent in they are so filling ($7.98). They are light and fluffy, despite their enormous size, and filled with chocolate chips-no skimping here!

My friend orders the 2 eggs and cheese sandwich with bacon for $5.99. Everything is made to order-The Diner even makes their own breads and muffins. They have a  variety of breakfast items to choose from: omelettes, French Toast, pancakes, and a list of rotating specials with things that are likely to satisfy your sweet tooth and your gourmet appetite.
